The holidays are HERE and it’s time to celebrate the season with family and friends near and dear. If you’re throwing a Christmas party, New Years Eve bash, or preparing a holiday spread for a few or just two, try out these perfectly paired finger foods you can make right on your Kenyon electric grill.
Once you’ve decked the halls, lit the tree, and poured the eggnog, serve up some holiday inspired finger foods while everyone merrily gathers around in celebration of the year that’s passed and the new one yet to come.
And be sure to save a few of these savory snacks for Santa too, it’s a long trip back to the North Pole!
Diagonally cut out 1 inch of the center of the hotdog facing inward then form the shape of a stocking on the skewer, placing multiple stockings on one skewer. Garnish with herbed or plain cream cheese to trim off the top.
Pre-grill bacon then wrap around the scallop. Hold the bacon in place on the scallops with toothpicks. Grill until desired sear marks are achieved.
Combine ground turkey meat, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, dried mustard, S&P. Place on grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning over once. Click here for the recipe.
For the sweet and tangy sauce, place 1 bottle of chili sauce in a medium pan and add a can of cranberry sauce. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until the sauces perfectly blend together. Cover the meatballs with the sauce or set aside in a bowl for dipping.
